Summary:
Logitech for Business is driving innovation in video collaboration and personal workspace solutions. As an OPEX Financial Analyst, you will be a key business partner to the Logitech for Business team, providing financial insights and driving cost optimization strategies to fuel our growth. You will analyze operating expenses, develop budgets, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Logitech for Business team, providing financial expertise and support in decision-making.
- OPEX Analysis: Analyze OPEX trends across various categories (e.g., marketing, sales, R&D) for Logitech for Business, identifying key drivers and variances.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage OPEX budgets for Logitech for Business, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Prepare accurate forecasts of future OPEX spending.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor actual spending against budget, analyze variances, and provide clear explanations for deviations. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to OPEX.
- Cost Optimization: Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement within Logitech for Business. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Financial Reporting: Generate regular reports on OPEX performance for Logitech for Business, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and insights for management.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve OPEX management processes within Logitech for Business.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to understand business needs and provide financial support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on OPEX management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for technology and an interest in the video collaboration industry.
